I have recently used this company to purchase my first property, which was my council house. I can't recommend enough just how professional they were through every stage of the process. John (my advisor) was there with any questions I had to ask and was always there at the end of the phone to help and advise. We were approached by Smart Home Finance when our current mortgage provider were ceasing to trade. John and the team were such a help! They found the best deal for us, and it was tricky at times, but they worked tirelessly to get us the right product, and saved us SO much time and money.
They stayed in contact throughout, nothing was ever too much trouble. They guided us through paperwork and explained everything, and even dealt with solicitors for us.
Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for mortgage or remortgage. Thanks John and Smart Home Finance!

Our mortgage fixed rate was due John and Gemma helped ensure we had a new deal 2 months prior and secured a rate at the time of application when the new deal took over there had been 2 interest rate rises if we had not acted on Smart Home Finance advice the monthly payment would have been another Ā£200 per month. I would highly recommend to all excellent service no jargon everything explained in plain English any questions we did have on legal matters John liaised with the solicitors a truly trouble free experience

Rang smart Morgage after speaking to many people who just didnāt seem to know what they were on abt or they wanted my amd myself to do part of their job for them. But after speaking to John at smart mortgage they were bang on 5* couldnāt of asked for better help amd advise.
